EUTXO stands for 'extended UTXO', which will be a combination of the UTXO model (typically used in bitcoin) and the Account/Balance models (typically used in Ethereum), to potentially have “expressive smart contracts while keeping the semantic simplicity of the UTXO model". EUTXO was outlined by Cardano in January 2020.
