His experience spans two decades, during which he has been instrumental in shaping policies around artificial intelligence (AI), data privacy, and other critical areas.

Holshouser brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous position as Executive Vice President and Head of Federal Policy and Government Relations at TechNet. There, he was pivotal in leading advocacy campaigns and securing policy victories in AI, privacy, trade, cybersecurity, and semiconductors.
