Bitfinex has announced the release of Version 7.0.0 of its mobile app, introducing a range of new features, improvements, and crucial fixes, according to blog.bitfinex.com.
New Features
One of the most notable updates in this release is the addition of price tracking widgets for both Android and iOS users. This feature aims to enhance user experience by providing real-time price tracking directly from the home screen. Additionally, the app now supports Vietnamese and Turkish languages in its chart functionalities, broadening its accessibility to a more diverse user base.
Improvements
The update also includes several key improvements. The Explore Bitfinex section now highlights the new widget features, and a Turbo Token icon has been added. Users will also notice a “momentary balance check” warning for rapid conversions or transfers, helping them manage their assets more effectively. Moreover, the Turkish Lira (TRY) has been added to the Simplex currencies, and KSM has been removed from the staking calculator and options. The update also ensures that acronyms like IBAN and SWIFT appear in uppercase during withdrawals and includes new translations to improve the user experience.
Fixes
Version 7.0.0 addresses several bugs and issues reported by users. Fixes include correcting the incorrect verification level notice on order forms, preventing chart panes from syncing in lite mode, and improving mobile chart responsiveness for save/load and other dialogues. Additionally, the update resolves issues such as the misalignment on the skip 2FA screen for the Russian language, the inability to withdraw with a whitelisted address for USDt-On-Tron, and display inconsistencies in the currency section. Other fixes include addressing the funding book header text cutoff and the incorrect currency display in Swap when no available options are present.
