According to @lookonchain, the Euler Finance exploiter, who stole $197M in March 2023 and later returned it, sent a 'Good job' message to the Penpiexyz exploiter. The Penpiexyz exploiter, however, did not return the $27.3M they stole and deposited the funds elsewhere.
