Is there an option to change my membership level?

Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your membership whenever you choose. When upgrading, the cost will be pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

What qualifies as an 'active session' at Mega Space?

An active session refers to a single browser tab or window of Mage that's in the process of generating an image. Premium members enjoy the benefit of multiple concurrent active sessions.

Why are GIF active sessions accounted for differently?

GIF generation is resource-intensive, requiring more hardware and time. Consequently, Mega Space tracks GIF active sessions separately from standard image generation sessions.

What is your refund policy?

Typically, Mega Space does not offer refunds due to the unlimited nature of Mega Space plans. However, for exceptional situations, Mega Space invites you to contact us at mage@mage.space.

Is there an API that I can use?

Mega Space provides a premium API, currently in a limited beta phase and at full capacity. If you're interested in future access, please get in touch with us at mage@mage.space.

Am I allowed to automate the generation process?

Automation is not permitted on Mage. For business-related uses, Mega Space recommends discussing API access by contacting us directly.

Can images generated on Mega Space be used commercially?
