NVIDIA (NVDA) Schedules Annual Stockholder Meeting for June 26, 2024
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) has announced that its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held online on Thursday, June 26, at 9 a.m. PT. This virtual meeting format allows both stockholders and non-stockholders to participate, according to NVIDIA Newsroom.
Participation Details
Stockholders can access the meeting by visiting http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NVDA2024 and entering their control number, which is included in their notice or proxy card. During the meeting, stockholders will have the ability to vote and submit questions. Non-stockholders are also welcome to attend by registering under the “Guest Login” option on the website.
